Job Description::Acton Academy Blairsville is seeking a passionate and experienced Montessori trained guide to join our team part-time. As a guide, you will play a crucial role in fostering a dynamic learning environment for our students. The position involves working from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Blairsville, GA.
Requirements:
Montessori training
Can be working towards certification
Previous experience as a guide in a Montessori environment is a plus
Strong commitment to student-centered learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create an engaging and supportive educational atmosphere
Responsibilities:
Facilitate student-centered learning experiences
Foster a positive and collaborative classroom environment
Implement Montessori principles and methodologies
Provide individualized guidance and support to students
Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall educational experience
