Montessori Credentials
The Institute offers the following Montessori credentials through its training programs:
AMS Montessori Infant & Toddler Credential (Birth to Three)
AMS Montessori Early Childhood Credential (2.5 through six years of age)
AMS Montessori Elementary I Credential (Six to Nine)
AMS Montessori Elementary I-II Credential (Six to Twelve)
The entrance requirements for enrollment in our Montessori Programs is a minimum of a four year Bachelor’s degree. For certain candidates, the Institute will consider adult learners with an Associate's degree or High School Diploma that show strong potential (excluding the Elementary programs). It is strongly advised that these individuals complete their Bachelor’s degrees within seven years of receiving the credential in order to receive a full Early Childhood or Infant/Toddler Credential.
