As a Certified Montessori Teacher, you know how important the Montessori teaching philosophy is for a child and family. Within our small Montessori community in Falls Church, we nurture and guide children from 12 months to Kindergarten age. You will have the opportunity to provide an incredible environment for each child to grow and thrive in their education, all in pursuit of nurturing a love of learning in each child.
Our school is located in Falls Church, Virginia, right outside of Washington, DC. Our classrooms include a combination of Certified Montessori teachers (who act as lead teachers) and Assistant Teachers who are primarily responsible for classroom management and care of the environment.
Falls Church Montessori is a Cadence School of excellence. We offer a broad benefits program including Medical, Dental, Vision, TelaDoc, 401K, paid time off, and disability insurance. In addition throughout the year, we close the school to provide our faculty time to replenish, and these days are paid and in addition to personal days/paid time off. The school operates a twelve-month program and compensation ranges depending on experience.

Credentials: For Early Childhood Teachers (ages three to six) we require an Early Childhood Montessori
Certification, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Options for Montessori Certification: If you are not yet certified, but have experience and a love of Montessori, we offer Montessori certification options through the Montessori Teacher Education Institute of Atlanta with an attractive payment plan for interested teachers.
