The opening is for a nurturing, engaged, and enthusiastic Montessori-certified guide to teach in an established Lower Elementary (1st - 3rd grade) classroom. Bachelor’s degree and Montessori Elementary certification preferred. The ideal candidate should have: strong classroom management skills, the ability to assess and address the developmental needs of each student and to implement curriculum, and be willing to work with others in a positive and collaborative team environment. While Montessori certification is preferred, applicants without certification will be considered in an assistant role or as a teacher-in-training.

Key responsibilities:
The model candidate will be someone who nurtures children, is flexible, has a strong desire to
