Job Description::
Luma Montessori is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Montessori Primary Guide to join our small, collaborative community. Located within a unique setting that serves the children of Luma ABA staff, our school integrates Montessori principles with the therapeutic support of Applied Behavior Analysis to provide an enriching and developmentally aligned experience for every child.
Our Primary classroom maintains a low ratio of 2:15, supported by a dedicated floater teacher to ensure nurturing, individualized care. As the Lead Guide, you will play a key role in fostering a calm, respectful environment where each child is encouraged to explore and thrive at their own pace.
We are a close-knit campus with one Infant, one Toddler, and one Primary classroom—yet we are also part of a growing network of Luma locations.
