Job Description::
Roots & Wings Montessori is a community-centered, hybrid homeschool program serving children ages 2.5-12 with a focus on hands-on learning, cultural relevance, and family partnership. We are currently seeking an individual to lead our early childhood class (2.5-6) for the 2025–2026 school year.
Ideal candidates:
• Has experience or a strong interest in Montessori early childhood education
• Believes in child-led, inclusive, and developmentally respectful learning environments
• Enjoys hands-on, creative work with young children
• Is open to collaboration, ongoing learning, and family connection
Support & Training Provided
We understand that not all passionate educators have had access to formal Montessori training. This position includes:
Ongoing mentorship and curriculum development support
Access to Montessori resources and guidance
Training in classroom setup, lesson delivery, and observation practices
