Montessori Lead Guide – Primary Classroom
We are seeking a trained, passionate, and faith-grounded Montessori Guide to lead our multi-age Primary classroom beginning in August 2025. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven, community-rooted Christian Montessori microschool serving families in the heart of Atlanta just off of the beltline.

Our school offers a small, nurturing, and joyful environment where children are supported in their spiritual, academic, and personal growth. You will be supported by a committed school leader who is trained and can step into the classroom to work as an assistant if needed.

Position Details:
Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

Lead Guide for a class of up to 18 children, ages 2.5 to 6

Classroom support from a trained Admin

Some school events, meetings, and professional development days required throughout the year

The academic year runs August–May, with optional summer programming



Minimum Qualifications:
Montessori Primary Certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE)

At least 1 year of classroom experience in a Montessori setting

Current Infant/Child CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

A passion for child development and faith-based education

Strong classroom management, organization, and record-keeping skills

A personal commitment to collaboration, community-building, and grace-filled leadership

Proficiency with technology (most all our processes are electronic)

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $45,000–$50,000 (based on experience and Montessori credentials)
