Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate, dedicated Lead Teachers for our Elementary II (grades 4–6) classroom. The ideal candidate will bring a deep respect for children, a commitment to the Montessori method, and a high level of professionalism and flexibility to their role in guiding and supporting our students.

Responsibilities:
● Prepare and maintain a developmentally appropriate Montessori environment
● Guide students in academic, social, and emotional development in alignment with Montessori principles
● Collaborate with staff and parents to support student growth and success
● Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress
● Model and foster a culture of respect, responsibility, professionalism, and adaptability in the classroom


Preferred Qualifications:
● AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited Montessori Certification for the appropriate age group
● Bachelor’s degree (required) in Education or related field
● Classroom teaching experience, preferably in a Montessori setting
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Demonstrated professionalism and flexibility in all interactions and responsibilities
