Job Description::
Kay Shell Montessori in historic downtown Newnan, Georgia—just 30 miles south of Atlanta—is seeking a passionate Toddler Lead to guide our youngest learners (ages 15 months – 3 years) in a nurturing, Montessori-prepared environment.
KSM is an independent school dedicated to authentic Montessori education. We seek an enthusiastic, experienced educator, or an educator in training, who fosters independence, curiosity, and a love of learning while maintaining a warm, collaborative classroom. This position opens in July of 2026.
Qualifications & Expectations:
The ideal candidate:
• Holds or is pursuing Montessori certification for toddlers.
• Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Is dedicated to implementing high-quality Montessori education.
