Since 1993, The Carolyn Barron Montessori School (CBMS) has served as a cornerstone of our vibrant community in beautiful downtown Newnan, GA. As an AMI-accredited school, we pride ourselves on our reputation for excellence and the deep bonds we share with our families. With two Toddler, two Primary, one Lower Elementary, and one Upper Elementary classroom, our campus is a thriving environment where dedicated staff don’t just work, they grow. We are a close-knit team that values professional collaboration as much as we value the children in our care.
We are seeking a passionate Primary Lead Guide who will:
• Foster a warm, inspiring environment where children truly flourish.
• Bring energy, creativity, and heart to the classroom every day.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative professional culture.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Holds an AMI Montessori Diploma (ages 3–6), bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Brings several years of experience in a Montessori environment.
• Possesses a genuine love for guiding primary-aged learners through discovery.
• Exhibits strong communication skills and a warm, engaging presence.
• Is authorized to work in the United States.
