Job Summary
As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. You will foster a positive classroom environment, inspire a love of learning, and help build the foundation for future success.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
Deliver high-quality instruction that encourages active participation and exploration
Assess student progress through observations, assessments, and classroom activities
Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture
Maintain accurate records of attendance, student progress, and classroom documentation
Collaborate effectively with families, colleagues, and school leadership
Support the social, emotional, and academic development of each child
Incorporate creative teaching strategies and educational technology to enhance learning
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
Valid teaching certification or credentials preferred
Experience teaching Pre-K, Kindergarten, or Early Childhood students preferred
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Passion for early childhood education and student development
