Job Description::Roots & Wings Montessori | Fayetteville, GA
Roots & Wings Montessori is seeking a Lead Primary Guide to join our growing Montessori microschool community in Fayetteville, GA.
Our program serves children ages 3-12 in a calm, relationship-driven environment rooted in hands-on learning, independence, child-led exploration, and Montessori principles. We are a small learning community with strong family connection, individualized support, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
We are seeking someone who:
● Has experience working with children ages 3-6
● Holds Montessori Primary training, is currently completing Primary training, or has strong experience in Montessori environments
● Values independence, observation, prepared environments, and respectful guidance
● Is comfortable working in a small, evolving microschool setting
● Communicates warmly and clearly with children, families, and team members
● Desires to grow alongside a developing Montessori community
This role may also be a strong fit for someone completing Montessori Primary practicum hours who is seeking a small, supportive environment for guided practice and growth.
Position Details:
● Full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year
● Lead role within the Primary environment
● Small-group setting with individualized support for children
● Collaborative work with the founder/elementary guide
● Long-term growth potential within the program
● Possibility for additional enrichment, family partnership, or program support roles over time
