Job Description: Substitute Teacher, Toddler through Elementary
Casa Montessori School | Marietta, GA | Part-time / On-call
Casa Montessori School is a 52-year-old nonprofit Montessori school in Marietta serving children from toddler through elementary. We are growing and building our substitute team. We’re looking for early childhood professionals who want flexible work in a calm, respectful classroom community.
What you’ll do:
Support lead and assistant guides in toddler, primary, and elementary classrooms.
Help keep the daily rhythm steady: work time, outdoor time, meals, rest, and transitions.
Keep the environment orderly and children safe, following each classroom’s routines.
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with young children (classroom, childcare, or similar setting).
A patient, observant, and steady presence with children.
Reliability and clear communication with the teaching team.
Montessori experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll orient you to our approach.
Ability to pass a background check [+ CPR/First Aid, or willingness to obtain].
