Casa Montessori School is a 52-year-old nonprofit Montessori school in Marietta. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Toddler Assistant Guide to join our community. This role is for someone who loves the toddler years and wants to support children’s independence, language, and confidence in a carefully prepared environment.
What you’ll do:
Partner with the lead guide to care for and support toddlers through their day.
Support toileting, meals, rest, dressing, and other care routines with patience and respect.
Help prepare and maintain the classroom environment.
Observe children and share what you notice with the lead guide.
Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
What we’re looking for:
Experience with infants or toddlers in a group setting.
[CDA, early childhood coursework, or willingness to pursue].
A calm, gentle, and consistent approach with very young children.
Openness to learning and growing in Montessori practice.
Montessori Infant/Toddler training or experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to pass a background check [+ CPR/First Aid].
