Job Description::We’re Growing at Roots & Wings Montessori
As we prepare for the upcoming school year, Roots & Wings Montessori is beginning to expand our team.
We’re a small, community-based hybrid homeschool program in Fayetteville, GA, serving children ages 3-12 through a child-led, Montessori approach. We create a learning environment that is calm, intentional, and deeply rooted in real experiences.
As we grow, I’m looking to connect with aligned educators and support professionals who are interested in being part of something meaningful.
This may include:
• Montessori-trained guides
• Assistants or classroom support
• Educators with experience in small-group or alternative learning environments
• Individuals interested in coaching, consulting, or enrichment-based roles
This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a larger role over time as the program expands.
*What We're Looking For*
• Experience working with children in a classroom or learning environment
• Montessori training (or strong alignment with Montessori philosophy) is a plus
• Comfort with a flexible, evolving environment (this is not a traditional school model)
• Someone who values independence, respect, and real-world learning experiences for children
• A collaborative, grounded presence—someone who can grow with the program
