Job Description::
Milton Montessori School is seeking for Primary Lead Teacher to join our learning community. This is an opportunity to lead an authentic Montessori classroom where children are empowered to explore, think independently, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
About the Role
As a Primary Lead Teacher, you will design and maintain a beautiful, engaging Montessori environment where children ages 3–6 can thrive. Through careful observation and intentional lesson planning, you will support each child’s unique developmental journey, academically, socially, and emotionally.
You will foster a classroom grounded in independence, concentration, and respect, while building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues. This role also includes mentoring assistant teachers and contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven school culture.
