Job Description:: Montessori Consultant / Educational Mentor (Part-Time / Flexible)
We're looking for experienced Montessori educators interested in consulting, mentoring, or program support in a growing homeschool-hybrid and microschool environment.
We are especially interested in educators with:
• Montessori classroom experience
• AMS or AMI training
• Experience in Primary and/or Elementary environments
• Strength in observation, classroom flow, and authentic Montessori implementation
• Interest in supporting newer educators and a growing program
This role may include:
• Classroom consultation
• Curriculum and environment support
• Teacher mentorship
• Observation and feedback
• Virtual and/or in-person collaboration
• Ongoing program development support
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that can be shaped around the right individual and level of involvement.
