Job Description:: Primary Montessori Guide (Part-Time)
Roots & Wings Montessori is seeking a Montessori-aligned Primary Guide to join our growing homeschool hybrid and microschool community in Fayetteville, GA.
Our program serves children ages 3-12 in a calm, relationship-driven environment rooted in hands-on learning, independence, and authentic Montessori principles.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience working with children ages 3-6
• Holds Montessori training or has strong Montessori alignment
• Values collaboration, flexibility, and child-led learning
• Is comfortable in a small, evolving microschool environment
• Desires to grow alongside a developing program and community
This is intentionally a small program with strong family connections and individualized support for children.
